We're always happy to give advice regarding how to care for and treat your ropes. Feel free to get in touch here, or on any of our social media channels and we'll try to get back to you as soon as we can. Enquiring about your order?
Our standard shipping doesn't usually include tracking information, so if you want to contact us to ask when your package will arrive we won't be able to tell you an exact timeframe. If you paid for tracking shipping you should receive the tracking number shortly after your package is dispatched. For more information see our full shipping policy.
