Over the last year we have worked hard on our online store to bring you high quality ropes in bundles and kits that actually make sense. Whether you are just starting or are a seasoned rope practitioner, whether you are on a tight budget or have some money to spend, we’ve got you covered.
And now we’re making it easier to get our ropes to your door with an upgraded shipping system. We continue to ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we continue to provide free shipping on orders worldwide with Royal Mail 2nd class (this service is not tracked), but we have now also added more shipping options that you can select at checkout.
Within the UK, the first option is simply the optional addition of tracking, so you can see where your parcel is. You’ll receive a tracking number when we process your order (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays). The second option is a 1st class tracked service which will deliver your package within 24 hours of processing (again, that’s usually Tuesday and Thursday).
We have had few cases where local delivery offices are closed due to the pandemic, and mail has been held for days or even weeks. Royal Mail are doing a fantastic job given the present adverse circumstances, and the vast majority of our packages are reaching their destinations in a few days or weeks, but it can be nice to know exactly when to expect your package. Our free delivery (included in our prices) does not provide a tracking service.
For international orders, you can now choose to add tracking to your order. You’ll be sent a tracking code upon processing (which usually happens on Tuesdays and Thursdays) for you to keep an eye on your package as it progresses across the world. This is great for peace of mind when shipments are taking longer, during the pandemic!
