It's been 4 months since we started offering the option of faster shipping, and tracking on both domestic and international orders. This has proven to be very popular, so we've been hard at work talking to carriers and upgrading our service so you can get your ropes faster.
The biggest change is that from September 2021 we're now sending all our orders with full end-to-end tracking, meaning you'll know where your package is while you eagerly wait for it to arrive.
UK Customers now get free tracking on all orders. You can still pay for faster delivery at the checkout, or spend over £100 and we'll upgrade you to faster delivery for free. Our faster delivery service (Tracked 24) usually arrives the day after posting.
EU Customers will be pleased to learn that they will no longer be asked to pay any customs or VAT fees on orders from us - we now send our orders using DDP, so we automatically pay for any import fees. For more information see our dedicated blog post. Deliveries to the EU are currently taking 5-9 days on average.
Rest of the world we're now using the Parcelforce/GLS network to courier most international parcels (depending on order weight), so your items arrive much faster than before and you'll be sent a tracking number when we ship your package. Over the last couple of weeks, all parcels sent this way to Australia have arrived within 10 days.
